Size in inches refers to cutter width. The width of this cutter is slightly longer than the height. The center hexagon cuts out the dough and is either 1" or 1.5" smaller than outer hexagon depending on the one you choose. Cutters are custom designed and printed using biodegradable, food-safe PLA plastic. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Not dishwasher safe. Heat will cause cutter to warp. Cutter color may vary.
